Cancellation Policy

"Appointment Cancellation Policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice**: I kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 2. **Same-Day Cancellations**: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of service cost unless due to unforeseen emergencies with provided proof. This fee will not be credited towards any future appointments 3. **Fee Payment**: Fees for same-day cancellations must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. 4. **Repeated Cancellations**: Repeated same-day cancellations may result in loss of scheduling privileges. 5. **Emergencies**: I understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. 6. **Rescheduling**: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments with no penalty, provided notice is given within the specified time frame.
